Lady Doctor: Rani Redesign

Could also be titled "Chokers Are Cool".

Wanted to give my Rani a little makeover since I didn't put effort into designing her original outfit. Tried for a more Goth like outfit, if only to contrast with the generally happy Doctor.

For those who don't know who the Rani is, she's a renegade Time Lady. She's obsessed with her experiments and doesn't lets morals and ethics get in the way and is generally considered to be a female Master, but without being as deliberatly evil. Oh and Rani means Queen in hindi, so essentially we've got a Master and a Queen.

Decided to leave it with pencil lines this time.

Set in an alternate universe where the Doctor has always been a woman.
